  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared whenever available so you can follow your delivery.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping options across India:

  • UPI / Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping on all eligible prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to COD orders.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

3. Discreet & Private Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are packed discreetly in plain, unbranded outer packaging, without visible product names or adult-related branding.

We take reasonable care to keep your purchase private throughout the shipping process. Please note that courier labels and legally required shipping information may still appear on the package.

4. Shipping Coverage

We aim to deliver across serviceable PIN codes in India. Delivery availability depends on courier coverage in your area.

5. Delays & Delivery Issues

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is delayed or you experience a delivery issue, please contact our support team with your order details so we can assist you.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate when placing your order. Bite & Blush cannot guarantee delivery if incorrect or incomplete details are provided.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment according to its policies.
